Blizzard of 2017

This March we had our first official blizzard in New York.  We got between 2 and 2 1/2 feet with most of that falling in about a 12 hour time period.  Probably around 6 inches were before or after the extremely heavy snow time.  I think most if not all the snow had melted out of the areas that get decent sun, and then we got this.

We ended up snow blowing several times during the day to keep up with it.  The wind was crazy, and there were some crazy drifts of snow.  The kids were all excited for a snow day and to play in it.  But the wind was blowing so hard and it was snowing so hard that it was just miserable being out in it.  But the next day there was a 2 hour delay for school and the sun came out, so the kids got to enjoy the snow.
