Halloween and all the activities

We had a very fun Halloween this year.  We started out with the ward Trunk or Treat.  Brian dressed up as a small primary child, and Miriam dressed up as a pirate.

I dressed as a witch, really last minute.

Joshua dressed up as Superman and Minna dressed up as a horse.

Monday the kids painted pumpkins while Brian carved a jack-o-lantern.

This girl would only paint with purple, and she was loving it.

Here is Joshua's finished project.
And here is Minna's mostly finished..

Then for Halloween night we had a Halloween dinner, with witch's fingers, eye ball pizza, mummy dogs, and ghost bananas.
Then the kid's dressed up in different costumes this time around. Joshua was Spiderman and Minna was Supergirl.
Miriam was a dragon.  She wasn't too sure about the hood.

We went trick or treating in a friend's neighborhood.  It was raining, fortunately it was a warm rain because Brian and the big kids came home soaked.  Miriam and I hung out at the friend's house nice and dry most of the time.  The kids trick or treated for a really long time.  By the end when we added up all the candy from the Trunk or Treat and from Halloween night it came out to 7 pounds and filled 1/2 of a 1/2 bushel bag.

Happy Halloween!
