Snow Days

We got our first snow day the end of November.  There was just enough to sled on.  Miriam had a blast, the amount of snow was perfect for  short little human. 

 

I love when you put toddlers into snowsuits they end up about twice as wide around as they normally are.

 

We got a really big storm in the middle of December. There was enough snow they canceled church.  We probably got around a foot of snow that day.  There was plenty of snow for the kids to play in.

 

Miriam found it much harder to get around in snow that goes up to her waist.

 

 

We ended up being really blessed that day.  A neighbor we actually haven't met before was just cruising around in his tractor and came and dug away most of the snow for us.  Brian didn't even have to break out the snow blower.  It was a great reminder of God's love for us, even though we didn't make it to church.
