Joshua's Baptism

Joshua was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints on July 2, 2016.  It was a beautiful service.  His Grandma from Utah gave the opening prayer, his uncle Nathan gave the talk on baptism, his dad baptized him with his grandpa's witnessing, then his Grandma from Tennessee gave the talk on the Holy Ghost, Joshua was confirmed by his dad, and his aunt Heather gave the closing prayer. 

We were also blessed to have a lot of friends from the ward come to support him.  It was a beautiful service and the spirit was definitely there.

Afterwards while we were visiting there was a hide and seek game going on around the church building and some general silliness.

Afterwards all 12 of us went out to get pizza to finish off a wonderful day.  The kids were in heaven with two sets of grandparents plus aunts and uncles all there at the same time.
