Last week Brian's work had the graduation dinner for the Power School class that is just ahead of him. That means Brian is next! We went to a Japanese Steakhouse, and it was alot of fun. The show was enjoyable like always, it even kept Joshua interested. Joshua was not sure what to think about the giant fire they made on the grill. He kept looking at me as if to say, "Should I be crying?".
When we were getting close to getting done eating, Joshua started getting really fussy. It was already past his bedtime, so I figured we would end up leaving shortly. Then Joshua's friend Rowyn came over. Joshua immediately stopped being fussy. Brian sat Joshua down on the floor, and Joshua just watched Rowyn for probably 30 minutes. They got along really well. When Joshua grabbed a handful of Rowyn's hair, they both just sat their while Brian pried open Joshua's hand. Joshua also made his first attempt at pulling himself to a standing position, he was sure he should be able to do what Rowyn was doing. It was so nice, and Joshua was so entertained. I am excited for when we get to New York and we can hang out again.
