A few weeks before we went to Utah, Joshua randomly announced during dinner that he wanted to ride on a train. He wanted to ride a train that night, but we told him that he couldn't ride one right then, but that he could when we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa. Fortunately the Hogle Zoo has a train ride.
When we got there the train was not working because it was lightly raining. I was starting to panic, but after we looked at a few animals,

the train started back up and Joshua was in Heaven.
He loved the fact there was a tunnel and train signals and the whole experience. He still talks about that train ride.
After the train ride we were able to meet up with one of my sister Heather's friends who works at the zoo. She brought out some animals that we could touch.
We also had fun pretending to be prairie dogs

Pretended to be a gorilla

and waved at everyone.
It was so much fun and the kids made it through the entire zoo but they were definitely ready for a nap on the way home. I think this will have to become a tradition.
